Sell Toyotas but bought a Honda I sell Toyotas but i bought an Honda...and i like it...;)...noticed several things... -nice clean bright showroom -sales mgrs that actually get off I sell Toyotas but i bought an Honda...and i like it...;)...noticed several things... -nice clean bright showroom -sales mgrs that actually get off there buff & work -a GM that was actively walking around each of the 3 days i was in & talking to guest just to talk to guest... -free "SWEET TEA" or other cold dp or coke on ice... -i ate a ribeye medium rare from there grill while filling out my credit app. & did not need steak sauce...;) -clean men's restroom that did not smell like a urinal even though it had two...;) -a sales staff that was able to please my wife even though i know she is hard to please...;) -but what made the deal was "THE CAR" luv the product i purchased.... thanx Junior walking the line Mata & Billy the hammer Pieratt...;) More

I originally found Honda of Fort Worth through a TrueCar request when looking for my wife's CR-V. I received a response from Christine Caselli with an out-the-door price that was great. After exchanging emails with a few other dealers I went back to Christine and she was able to improve on an already great price. My wife and I came in after work and in just a couple of hours we drove away with her new CR-V. There was no hassle, no haggling and no stress. Christine was straight forward and it never felt like the stereotypical dealership experience. A few weeks later, I decided that I was ready to replace my Honda with the 2016 Pilot. I went back to Christine and she was able to help me out again. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have had in over 9 years (the last time we bought cars). More

Horrible sales service Salesman Nate Informs us vehicle is available & can be placed on hold until next business day with a deposit. We go through 6 hour process with salesman Nate over the phone. He runs our credit, collects personal information, etc. we agree on sale. We try to put down the deposit & we can't get in touch withSalesman Nate. 2 hours later receive text from salesman Nate stating another buyer is at dealership & he will not hold, will let us know if it falls through. Attempt to contact salesman Nate & dealership, goes straight to VM. Later in the evening receive email from salesman Nate stating vehicle is sold & please forgive him. Waste of time, and collected all our personal information, only to go against his word. Horrible salesman & experience. More

If you go, be sure to ask for Miguel Garcia. He was the only sales person I have ever worked with that didn't give you a smirk when you tell him what you want to pay total with tax, title, and license. Then he goes and makes it happen. I have never seen a salesperson work so hard before and after buying a car. He still calls and asks if we have any questions. We had a great experience there and really recommend them and Miguel Garcia. More
