There are 6 DFW Honda dealerships that are in closer proximity to where I live/work, however I chose the hour-long commute to Frank Kent Honda because of their willingness to work with me. I gave several local dealers the opportunity to meet my needs and hands down, Frank Kent far exceeded the others. I was provided with immediate feedback to my inquiries and they kept the lines of communication strong however I never felt pressured or uncomfortable with their sales team. Forrest Smith was an excellent representative of not only Frank Kent, but Honda as well. I am a repeat Honda buyer and will without a doubt give FK the first shot at my next car buying experience. I called first thing Monday morning and was given an appointment for later that same morning. Nick Wilson greeted me as soon as I drove in and was very efficient & professional in assessing the need fo appointment for later that same morning. The wait was minimal(less than an hour) and Nick explained the results of the inspection very thoroughly. The only prolonged wait was to get the car back from the valet. Overall it was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to return there for any service needs. While I was waiting for the service to be completed, I looked at some of the new cars on the lot. The sales force was lacking in responsiveness (I had to track a salesman down myself) and didn't seem to interested in showing me what they all had. More
Romah Pugh went beyond my expectations, beyond just the sale - looking out of state for the Truck that I wanted, keeping me notified as to it's arrival, and status. Once the truck arrived, there were a few issues that were dealt with professionally, and fast. He went out of his way to make sure that I was not inconvenienced at all. I understood that the issues were nothing that he could foresee, and he has made sure everything was perfect for me, even after the sale. He didn't just drop me into the service dept, he stayed in constant contact, handling much of it personally. If you desire customer service with a smile, Romah is your man! Danny Dreyer in the service Dept. also did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the repair, and status of my truck. I will ask for him by name when taking my truck in for service, as he has a good understanding of customer needs and customer service. More
We bought our Honda Pilot 2 1/2 years ago, and think our Honda is the best vehicle we've ever owned. The service department takes care of our needs in an efficent and courteous manner. Tiffany Ortiz was a very patient and persistent sales person and did everything she could to work with us to get a price we were comfortable with. She also took the time to sit with us in our new 2011 Ho person and did everything she could to work with us to get a price we were comfortable with. Sherri Ballard is an excellent salesperson. I have never had as much ease in purchasing a new vehicle as the experience we had with Sherri. The big deal to me is that she continues to follow up with us aft had as much ease in purchasing a new vehicle as the experience we had with Sherri. This was my second car purchase with Frank Kent in the past few years. Sheri and her manager were gracious, not condescending to a female negotiating solo, and more than met my expectations. I went to see a Nissan Versa I knew was on the lot, but it had just sold. Sheri informed me of a low-milage Honda Fit "just in", and they negotiated a decent trade-in on my Saturn Vue (just when news was breaking about Saturn being cut loose from GM). Even offered to let me keep the car to go see another car nearby (one year earlier model, lower price)! Then extended that privilege to let me keep car overnight so my husband could drive it. (dealership in W. Ft. Worth, we live in NRH.)/ After I bought the car and came to pick it up, I learned she was personally out helping detail the care to get it ready~ Later, Sheri was the gracious point person to help me get 2nd set of keys from original owner (no small feat, since he'd had to forfeit the car due to financial hardship.)
