I had initially contacted Frank Kent Honda via an online inquiry into a used Honda Odyssey EXL I had seen on their website. Within moments of sending the request for more information, Ms Sheri Ballard had c inquiry into a used Honda Odyssey EXL I had seen on their website. Within moments of sending the request for more information, Ms Sheri Ballard had contacted me. She was very professional. I continued to do research into the Honda Odyssey EXL and found a dealership in McKinney, TX listing brand new Honda Odyssey EXLs for less than what the used one was listed for. When I contacted Ms Ballard the next day, she stated that not only could they match that price, but could do better than that price. My husband and I thought it was more than likely a sales pitch but decided to go see what Frank Kent Honda could offer us. True to her word, Ms Ballard came in at a starting price about $1,000 less than what the other dealer had listed on their website. That price, coupled with our trade in gave us a price about $10,000 less than the sticker price and we were able to get a brand new 2012 Honda Odyssey EXL. Ms Ballard even paid for our family of 5 to eat lunch at the dealership cafe while we waited for our trade in vehicle to be appraised. Everyone we encountered were friendly, professional and very accommodating. We will definitely return to Frank Kent Honda and highly recommend them, and especially Sheri Ballard, for a car purchase.
