David Supercinski spent a great deal of time explaining the CRV models and options. I was very comfortable with his knowledge, his experience, and his readiness to answer my questions to make sure I'm sati the CRV models and options. We have been Honda fans for over 20 years, and Kent Honda has been our service dealership for the past 10. In 2010, we bought two new cars from Kenny Merrit. We were recently in the market for used cars, and Kenny referred us to Sheri Ballard; we loved working with her. I have to say that every bump that we hit Sheri was determined and more than happy to assist me in finding the car that was right for me. She was very positive, optimistic and just as determined as I w determined and more than happy to assist me in finding the car that was right for me. She was very positive, optimistic and just as determined as I was to find the right vehicle for me, and that made my experience even more worth it. Even when I lost hope in finding a vehicle due to credit issues, Sheri never lost faith and kept me going. Sure enough she was right and I get to bring in the New Year with my Honda Hybrid! Thank you Sheri for making my experience so memorable, and so worth the wait. As for the rest of the personal, I have to say the man that assisted with my loan documents went above and beyond also. My little nephew happens to have a rock fetish (he's 5) and it was so sweet that he gave my nephew one of his rocks and only asked that James put eyes on his rock too. People tend to forget about children during sales but neither of them did, and it made me feel like we were welcomed, appreciated and not just "Another Buyer". I proudly have my Hybrid and he has his pet Rock which he btw named it Hondy lol. Great job and thanks again to everyone at Honda but especially Sheri Ballard. The price on the car was the best we found in the metroplex. The customer service was excellent. We were greeted the minute we walked in the door and speaking with the sales man within two or three m metroplex. The customer service was excellent. He answered all of the questions we had and even the ones we didn't think to ask. He helped me personalize the car (setting door locks and radio presets).
