I read that Frank Kent Honda received the award for service. I was not in a rush to buy a new car even though I planned to. Mr. Jason Kruis walked to me and patiently answered all my questions and offered a test drive. During the test drive, he carefully reminded me the performance and handling that made Accord stands out. He didn't do a sales pitch the whole time but the way he treated me did the work for him. Good job, Jason! I ended up come back with my wife that evening to let her try the car, and then asked Jason if we could sit down to discuss a deal. Very respectful bargin process with him and later with Mr. Vito Ciroci. We drove the car away by 9pm happily. In less a month, Jason called me 3 times to make sure everything is fine with my car. Now I know why you guys got the award. Thank you Jason and Vito! More

When I visited Frank Kent Honda, I was only planning to see the Civic Coupe and drive it. However, when I drove the black EX-L, I knew I really wanted the car, although black was not my first choice. I was very impressed with how I was treated and how the transaction was conducted. I believe I received a very good trade-in price for my Acura RSX and that the total price I paid for the car was fair. I'm sure the dealership made money, but I walked away feeling that I made a good deal, too. Sheri and Mark were so helpful in explaining all the ins and outs of the car. It has a Navigation System and Satellite Radio, which I love. When I have bought cars in the past, I have not always been treated so well, being a woman. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff at Frank Kent Honda. Everyone with whom I came in contract was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was good, too ! I completed this registraton, but when I got all the way to the end, you asked me to REGISTER you in my Contact List. WHY DID YOU NOT STATE THAT AT THE BEGINNING? When I hit submit, this email did not go through. I had to go back and register you in my Contact List and THEN RETYPE THIS AGAIN ! That's REALLY DUMB to wait until I've completed the whole survey and THEN ask me to register. The only reason I returned was that I did appreciate what Sheri and Mark did to help me. More

Initial information was obtained through Internet sales and Dealership was friendly from the moment I stepped onto the lot. Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable.
