Good sales staff. Finance and underwriting need work! Overall, happy with my purchase with some caveats. The sales staff was fantastic. The finance and underwriting for business was troubling. They kept asking for more details, something that took way longer (3 days) than necessary if they had their input checklist figured out upfront. What they ask upfront is not what they use for underwriting, so be prepared for a long process. The dealer finance department has to ask the “guy behind the curtain” and this takes many offline iterations. Adding to the trouble, local finance rep at the dealership, threw everyone else under the bus instead of taking responsibility for the delays. More

Customer Service After going to several Honda dealers in the St. Louis area. They were by far the most friendly energetic crew I have come across. They offered Water w After going to several Honda dealers in the St. Louis area. They were by far the most friendly energetic crew I have come across. They offered Water when I first walked and treated with respect. No pressure to buy and gave us what we needed. I told them where I needed to be with my payments and they made it happen. It made the whole experience stress free! When we were transferring car seats over they entertained our littles ones to help us out. If you want a family feel place then this is where you want to go.
