Very happy We love April who has now sold us two Hondas. We bought a HR-V today for me to drive and a Honda Accord in 2017 for my husband to drive. He loves his car and know I will love my HRV as much as he loves his Accord. We are very happy with the Internet prices April got us as well as the other discounts for assessories like all weather car mats. April is friendly and trustworthy. We feel confident that she would get us the best deals and never screw us over. We also wanted to say that we are very happy with the Honda of Frontenac service manager Dan. We got a repair estimate for our 2002 CRV and were charged for it. We had never been charged for an estimate before and expressed our displeasure to Dan. Not only did he waive the cost but he didn’t charge us for a lug nut that his staff replaced. He was also honest and told us it was not worth to get repaired through them as the repair cost was more than our car is worth and he agreed to send us names if cheaper repair places. Our only complaint is that we spent too much time waiting at the dealership because April’s computer is old and therefore way too slow. It took over an hour after we agreed to buy the car. Not only was the computer system too slow but it also crashed several times. The dealership needs to man up and buy decent computers for the sales staff like it has done for the financing department. Customer’s time is valuable and should not be discounted. More

Awesome We used Frontenac's email sales and April was our Sales Lady. From the beginning, she offered the best price in town for a 2019 Odyssey EX-L. We act We used Frontenac's email sales and April was our Sales Lady. From the beginning, she offered the best price in town for a 2019 Odyssey EX-L. We actually were looking at 4 other dealerships and April was the only one who had the car we wanted. Had I been better educated, I would have saved a lot of time by just working with April. As it turned out, we were in and out with our new car in less than two hours. Probably a new record?? And, she knew ALL about the Odyssey and spent one of those two hours explaining it to us...but she was satisfied with telling us everything, so she invited us to come back in a couple weeks and she's tell us more about it. Talk about top drawer customer service. We LOVEEEE our new Odyssey. Thank you April for such an amazing, professional quality experience. I'm sure we'll be back when its time for another new car (but we do plan on driving the Odyssey for a couple thousand miles, just like the one we said good by to). More
