This Honda dealership is a perfect example of why Carmax and Carvana are getting so much business. My friend is a young and he was really taken aback when they wouldn't give him back his keys after evalu and Carvana are getting so much business. This is a form of bullying and my friend was startled. His important keys like house and music studio etc. were on his keys. This is an old time sleazy dealership tactic to buy more time to talk someone into the deal. My friend left and was so rattled he went with getting cash from Carmax and just drilling down and buying from Carvana after finding what he wanted. Bullies are old fashioned in car dealerships. Bring back the keys, set them next to the new car keys and talk. Bully car dealerships are losing business right and left because they do not understand the population anymore, especially young people. More
