We went to another Honda dealership where we had test driven a vehicle. When it came time to make a deal, we were given a great price. We went to put a deposit down, and we were promised they would be driven a vehicle. When it came time to make a deal, we were given a great price. We went to put a deposit down, and we were promised they would be able to locate the car that we wanted. After several phone calls to get us in the door, once we put the deposit down, we heard nothing for days. After repeated calls back to the dealership, we were told unless we picked another color or vehicle with different amenities, they could not deliver. We then went to Honda Frontenac. We ended up paying slightly above the other Honda dealership, but it was well worth it. We will now go to Frontenac for all service and any future Hondas. Mike Mercz was friendly and professional. I used to arrange to have some one pick me up from the dealer when I dropped my car off for service. At Honda of Frontenac, there is no need. The waiting area is quiet and comfortable, there is free cof dealer when I dropped my car off for service. At Honda of Frontenac, there is no need. tim did a wonderful job of getting me the car i wanted with the price i needed to keep my payments in the needed price bracket.
