Jesse was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable sales representative. He was able to get me a great deal on the new HRV and also work with Kelly to get the most for my old CRV. Kelly and Jesse were instrumental in making this deal happen. Kelly also worked with the collision department for me so it would be less of a problem for me. I was very pleased with how easy it was to work with both of them in this process. I have been going to this dealership for many years and this was my best experience to date. Also I would like to mention that John Reaves gave me great options for making my future maintenance hassle free. He really took the time to investigate the best options for me. If I ran the world I stopped by to look at the 2016 Civics just to see what they were like and ended up buying one. My experience with my last couple of auto purchases I stopped by to look at the 2016 Civics just to see what they were like and ended up buying one. My experience with my last couple of auto purchases had been less than pleasant so I was looking for a chance to buy without having to do the let-me-talk-to-my-manager dance. Chris Irvin showed us the Civic I was interested in and a used car that he thought I might like when I said the 2016 was too expensive. I left with the information I needed and after doing some research I submitted an email offer for the new car. Chris emailed me back saying the offer was acceptable and we without hassle I now own a new car. Unfortunately there was a minor problem at the dealer when we went to sign the contract. Chris was great. He even bought use lunch at there in store cafe. But the transaction I thought would take less than a hour turned into a 3 hour ordeal. I'm not a patient person. If I had been told up front that it would take that long I would have gone off and done several of the things on my to-do list and returned as a happy camper to sign on the many dotted lines. Next time, if there is one, I'll talk with Chris to find a car. I would do the price negotiation via email. Once we had an agreement I would give the dealer the info they needed and leave while the paper work is completed and come back ready to sign and be smiling as I leave with my new purchase. More
