We were looking for a car for our 20 year old daughter whose income could only allow for small monthly payments ...never did I dream that she would get a 2014 Nissan Sentra with a 10 year warranty that would be within her price range. Jesse made it possible and was very patient and flexible. We left with a beautiful car that was safe and dependable for our daughter. Everyone there was so polite. I felt like they knew us forever. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase. I highly recommend!!!!!!! More

Kristen was the best! I recently bought a 2016 Honda CR-V at this dealership. I was choosing between this and a couple of other brands (Toyota and Subaru) when I was car s I recently bought a 2016 Honda CR-V at this dealership. I was choosing between this and a couple of other brands (Toyota and Subaru) when I was car shopping, but my experience with Kristen Beran was what sold me on the Honda. She was SO excited about the CR-V and knew the vehicle inside and out. She took me on a test drive that was unlike ANY I had been on with the other dealers. We went on roads that really showed the vehicle to me... from going over 55 to show me the power of the vehicle and then going on a road with a ton of potholes to show me how smooth the ride was, even in the worst of conditions. She was able to answer all of my questions and honestly, it was because of her obvious joy with this vehicle that I went the way I did. Shane Lee (the sales manager) was also awesome to work with and helped me out a LOT. Jesse Waller helped me on the day that I actually took my car home... everyone there is extremely nice and helpful! I recommend buying a vehicle here... so far my experiences have been highly positive! More

Excellent experience My experience at Gainesville Honda was terrific! The financial person (don't remember his name but he was somewhat new to Gainesville Honda) was My experience at Gainesville Honda was terrific! The financial person (don't remember his name but he was somewhat new to Gainesville Honda) was friendly, knew what he was doing, and did so in a timely manner. Chris Irvin, my salesperson, was excellent! He was able to perfectly convey to me that he valued me as a customer and wanted to do business with me to my satisfaction, while at the same time not being "pushy." I especially appreciated that because my experience at another dealership the previous week had been just the opposite. After I made my purchase, Chris spent a lot of time with me, patiently explaining, demonstrating, and allowing me to try the different features that were new to me (Bluetooth, navigation, etc.) Since I felt somewhat overwhelmed by it all, he encouraged me to practice with it some at home, call or text him with any questions any time, and/or come back by for further assistance from him. I could not have asked for him to be any nicer or more helpful. I will be happy to highly recommend Chris Irvin and Gainesville Honda to anyone considering the purchase of a new car. More

Tire check Stopped by dealer to have tires check on 2015 accord due to gauge light coming on. Finally after being Ignored and two other customers being helped before me that came in after Me with no appointment. A service Guy asked to help me, he went to my car and reset the gauge Without looking at my tire or even checking the pressure. Yesterday my gauge came back on. I went to another tire shop and guess what they found, a screw in my tire which was there before. Had he taken the time to check my tire he would have found it. I am livid at the poor service that I was given and lack of concern. This is the second issue I've had at this dealership in the same month. My last service appointment was completed 2 hours past my scheduled time. No discount was offered, no apology for delay. This service department needs to focus on its customers, maybe better communication would help. I was not the only one that day with a 2 plus hour wait on their appointments. Service award? I think not. This is my 5rh Honda and I'm not ar all pleased with my service so far from Honda of Gainesville.. More
