Better than expected My wife and I went into Honda with a budget we wanted to stick to. It took about five visits to finally seal the deal, but it got done. She would have to go to the higher ups with our offers and counter offers which I'm sure was stressful. She was very patient and stayed late to help us finalize the deal we were happy with. Jesse was also a tremendous help, he went above and beyond multiple times for us. Jesse could have easily declined some of our requests, but he went out of his way to make us happy. Matt was the main negotiator who played some hard ball, which I understand, it's a business. He was very patient as well and got us a deal that was within our budget on an awesome CRV. They agreed to let us take the vehicle to our own mechanic for evaluation and held their end of the deal as they addressed all the issues we brought up. Luis was who we ended the deal with in financing. He was a pleasure and very patient as well. I did not give five stars because that would be an absolute perfect score, but I believe the experience was worth a 4.5, which I can't pick. More

During her rehab, she found the new car she wanted online at Honda Gainesville. I went to the dealer and met with Chris Irvin, Kristen Beran, Julio Perez and John Reeves over the next couple of days. I have been involved in the purchase of 6 new vehicles during my lifetime and I have never met a more dedicated and caring team of sales professionals. We were under a time constraint because my wife was being discharged from the hospital. Honda Gainesville made the deal happen just in time, which was nearly an impossible task. In fact, Chris Irvin came in on his day off and drove the new car to the rehab so that he could show the new car to my wife and explain how to work everything. Chris' act of kindness, coming in on his day off and showing the car to my wife, and us driving the new car home from Gainesville, despite what my wife had been through during the past month, meant so much more than the mere delivery and acceptance of a new car. We cannot thank you enough. We like Honda cars. Wonderful experience I was on my way to buy a brand new VW Passat when I went next door to the Honda dealership. I met Jesse Waller a sales associate and told him that I I was on my way to buy a brand new VW Passat when I went next door to the Honda dealership. I met Jesse Waller a sales associate and told him that I was curious about an Accord. He understood that I was on my way to Ye VW dealership and at my request quickly took be for a test drive without any pressure. They did not try to sell me on the car. I then test drive a brand new Passat which drove rough. The sales person tried to tell me it was because the tires had a flat spot due to lack of use. Yeah right. I went right back to Honda and bought a smooth riding accord with only 3 miles on it and no flat spot. Jesse and the sales manager never pressured me and helped me buy a car instead of selling me one! Gray job guys! More

Most Positive Experience at Any Car Dealership When we walked into Honda of Gainesville on Tuesday afternoon, we were beginning the search and data collection to replace our 5th Honda. Meeting and dealing with James Quesenberry caused us to want to seal the deal the same day. Usually my husband is telling the salesman about the features of the car. James by far was most knowledgeable and taught us features we did not know. His easy manner, human relations skills, and concern for what was in our best interest impressed us beyond measure. He was unhurried, not high pressure, and satisfactorily answered all questions. When we returned to the dealership two days later to pick up our new Odyssey, James took the time to acquaint us with all features of our new vehicle more thoroughly than has ever been done in the past and he has continued to make himself available to us. He obviously appreciates, enjoys, and believes in his product. There is no better sales person that we have ever encountered! We will highly recommend James and Honda of Gainesville to others. I worked with Don Like and Ed Baker during the course of the sale process as we made an incredible deal on a new 2015 Honda Odyessy. Unfortunately after searching inventory in 3 states our preferred color was not available. These guys went above and beyond and made me almost the same deal on the new 2016 as we had agreed upon for the Clearance sale. The process was great, my time was respected, and I am confident I could not have been treated better anywhere. I will recommend these folks to all of my friends without hesitation! More
