The reason I have given such high ratings is due to the very freindliness of Sales Consultant, Chris Irvin. He went above and beyond normal customer service in helping me purchase the Hummer H3. I informed him of what I could afford for my monthly payment and he worked it out to where they met my standards. He also went above and beyond by personally calling my credit union to get a lower interest rate. I called and they gave me a rate of 2.99 % rate and he called back and got it for 2.24% rate. He also informed me of the importance of getting GAP insurance and extended warranty. Of all the years I have been purchasing vehicles I have never been given the outstanding customer service given to me by Chris Irvin. You can tell in his action of his performance that he is there to give the customer the best deal he can and defiantly loves his job. He takes pride in his performance. This is our first encounter with Dean Leed and he far exceeded our expectations. Dean was a wonderful help in assisting us purchase a new 2013 Honda Accord Sport. He was very knowledgeable when asked about a particular vehicle and in showing us a variety of cars which he thought might suit our needs. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle from Gainesville Honda to specifically ask for Dean Leed in person for his excellent costomer service and great attitude! After finding what type of vehicle we wanted to purchase and getting all of the paperwork prepared we were introduced to Luis Espana. Luis went above and beyond to ensure our transaction was as smooth and painless as possible and he has excellent customer service skills. Both of these gentemen were at the store I know until at least 11 pm assisting us to complete all of our paperwork and even assisting us swp out our cars.
