Follow-up was excellent. The USB port was moved and the under-dash cover-up was done cleanly. Sheryl recommended that I call the Nav/BT manufacturer for further instructions on that device. Overall, Honda of Gainesville has been responsive to my concerns and have spent time with me to be sure that I am completely satisfied with my new car. Thanks, Sheryl & Honda of Gainesville.
