I have been going to this dealership since I bought my car. This is the first time they do not allow me to use a coupon for an oil change I received from Honda in my email. Hall Honda always gives such excellent customer service. Today I only waited an hour and a half for an oil change but I was a walk-in. Hiram was very busy but still made time for little ole' me. Hall Honda was wonderful to work with. I hope to lease/buy all my cars with them. Lisa, our sales agent, was kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy. She understood my needs. I have bought 2 cars here. ..the first purchase was Great! The second, not so much! I felt rushed, pressured and Honestly "Mike Gaston" sales Guy was great with my purchase of ..the first purchase was Great! The second, not so much! I felt rushed, pressured and Honestly "Mike Gaston" sales Guy was great with my purchase of the car..the Desk manager "Robert Gather" was very Rude and disrespectful all through the sale! Moving forward after purchase... I discover a protector matt on drivers side in back seat missing the day I took it home, so I called Mike and let him know. He assured me it wld be taken care of and they would order it...2- 3 months went by and I contacted him again! He said OH. You should have gotten that.! " No sir" I did not. He said ok ill look into it and get back to you. NO COMMUNICATION for several weeks so I contacted him again! He said...oh give me 5 minutes and I will call you! Never recieved THAT call! Shocker! When I reached out once again to Mike..his response was with disrespect and rudeness! Now I understand this is a car matt, but I purchased it and gave plenty of time and grace for him to make it right! My daughter was looking to purchase a Honda and I shared my experience with her and she went to another dealership. My perception of all this is... they will take care of you while selling a car..but after that...your concerns don't matter.. Bring your business somewhere that takes care of you! More
