Her salesman, Joe Castellano, took very good care of my fiance. She was nervous about buying a car without me as I had to work. Joe showed her all the options the car had and explained them to her so she could understand. When it came time to present the numbers again, all the care was taken to make sure she was comfortable. We love the car and had such a great experience I am considering trading my Hyundai in for a Honda. I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a new car. I don't know if he sells used cars as he is in the new car building but it is nice to see a car salesman with integrity. More

worst salesman ever Went in to look at accord EX-L with Navi or Hybrid at that level or Touring. The person I had been in contact with was not working today. So I was seen by another salesman, he totally ignored what I told him about what I was interested in and showed me something else and kept trying to sell me a lower trim that I was not interested in. Asked to see certain Hybrid on the lot and was ignored again. High pressure sales, told him was not buying today just wanted a quote on a certain trim which I never got. Asked for MGR, he left came back as I was leaving about 15 mins. later and I was told MGR was busy. Had a friend who shopped here ended up buying in Concord and got much better price. Salesman told me price on internet was best price if that is true you can do much better else where. Maybe I just got a bad salesman but I found better prices and much better customer service at ever other dealer I tried. More
