I was looking for a car to replace the one I had recently wrecked, and knowing exactly what I wanted, we contacted Priority Honda to help with the search. After letting the representative know what I wanted, within minutes a car was located for me. The car did have to be transported to the Huntersville location. Once the car had arrived to the dealership, I was called in to pick it up. My paperwork had been prepared ahead of time, saving me lots of time. I didn't have to sit at the dealership all day. Tyrese was very knowledgeable and appeared to be a true expert. He was extremely helpful and he was ably to answer all my questions. I've come here since I bought my vehicle here in 2007, and they give it to me straight. Sometimes I don't want to hear what is wrong- that added extra thing I wasn't planning on or whatever, but it is always explained very clearly to me so I understand what is going on, and the ramifications of taking care of it now, or waiting (when that is an option). I know more about my car now than I did. James Comey has been my point guy there since day one, and he is excellent- very good, clear, professional service. More

Dream in mind? Drive away happy. Tyrese asked us what our dream car was, and then we worked together to make it happen.
