Each service was detailed not only as to what was done, but what the charges would be. There were no surprises and the after-service explanations were very helpful, including an explanation of the Roadside Care (provided at no cost). I felt quite satisfied at the completion of the visit. More

Love Priority Honda I owned a Honda in the past from Priority and Chris has been my service manager. He is fabulous. Went back in after lease on CRV was up and worked I owned a Honda in the past from Priority and Chris has been my service manager. He is fabulous. Went back in after lease on CRV was up and worked with Mike Gaston to purchase a Pilot. He was fabulous as well - highly recommend working with him if you are in the market for a car. My only issue was in financing - why does it take so long for this process? My suggestion is to stay on top of them - if you are waiting too long to sign your papers speak up. I finally did after waiting 45 min and someone came out right away to have us sign. Mike was out filling up our car with gas and getting things ready for us so he didn't even know we were waiting all that time! When he left he said finance would be right out to get us - but they weren't. Just stay on top of them - it still worth it to work with Priority Honda and Mike and Chris. More
