I brought the car in to Chris Coley, and he and the service team worked to find what was wrong with it. As is always the case, it was not acting up when I brought it to the service department. They tried numerous ways to duplicate the problem and finally were able to determine what the problem was. I am grateful for their perseverance in figuring out the problem so we are not stranded somewhere with a car that won't start. Chris was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process! More

I have purchased 12 new vehicles in the last 40 years in 4 different states. The last seven vehicles purchased have been Hondas, and three of them purchased from Priority. I live within 3 miles of another Honda dealership, but I travel extra miles to purchase and have my cars serviced at Priority Honda. Jim Comey and Jerry Kennedy are great to deal with and they know how to provide great customer service. They are easy to talk with and always explain what the problems might be with my vehicles and suggested service to correct any issues there might be. Priority Honda is fortunate to have such a professional and trustworthy service team working for them. More

Priority Honda in Huntersville rocks! My kids have wanted me to have a Honda vehicle for years. Finally, I was ready to ditch my 2004 Dodge Caravan for a new car. I looked at the Odyssey but realized I wanted an SUV. The Pilot met all my needs. I wanted a certain color and a certain model. Graham Davis patiently searched and found exactly what I wanted. He kept me informed as to when the car would arrive and then handled the paperwork in a super efficient manner. When we came to get the car, everyone at Priority was helpful and made the buying process super easy and therefore pleasant. More
Top notch dealership I was referred to this dealership by my mechanic after the transmission was going out on our 2002 Odyssey (2nd time in less than 150k miles). Needless to say, I was a little dubious about buying another Honda. However, once there, I saw that this group was different from any place we had ever been. They listened, they responded, and they gave us a deal up front that we were satisfied with. I told Graham about our situation up front in the parking lot, and he could not have handled our situation any better. He knew the product and was very helpful in every aspect of the transaction. We will be recommending them to our friends. More

Priority Honda in Huntersville, not only did NOT let me down, they exceeded expectations in every way! Having recently moved here from FL that was not always the case. Right from my initial phone call and discussion with Ryan Repchick, until I drove out of the dealership a few days later, Ryan and the whole entire service team made my problem seem like their priority! While the repair was not cheap (gasp!) It was preformed as promised with attention to detail as expected. I spoke to several people in this department during my visit and each was friendly, accommodating and most importantly willing to stop what they may have in front of them to address my needs. Exceptional customer service! Particularly the woman who assisted me in setting up the loaner car (name??) was exceptional! Our chat made me want to buy another Honda when the time comes, because of HER belief in your service department. Hats off to Ryan! Letting me keep the loaner car to avoid the frustrations of dealing with I77 traffic was genius! More
