Thank you, Jim Comey! I have been having steering/ stability issues with my car for several months and took my vehicle several times to a different dealership closer to my I have been having steering/ stability issues with my car for several months and took my vehicle several times to a different dealership closer to my house. My experience at the other dealership was terrible. Not only did they fail to fix my car, but they also were condescending, inefficient, and suggested unnecessary and expensive service for parts of my car that are perfectly fine. Last weekend, I took my car to Priority to have my airbag serviced and to get an oil change. I had given up on the stability issue since I had already tried to get it fixed so many times. I didn't tell Priority about this issue, but they found the cause when they inspected my car. Before, my car felt like it was going to fall apart on the interstate, but now it feels like a brand new vehicle! Thank you to Jim Comey and the rest of the service crew for always doing quality work, being efficient, and being respectful. It is difficult for me to get to this dealership because of location, but I won't go anywhere else! More
Easier car purchase I started my process online, the staff I worked with was great. I received my quote online and completed my finance application on line. When I arr I started my process online, the staff I worked with was great. I received my quote online and completed my finance application on line. When I arrived at the dealership the car was cleaned up and ready to go. I dealt with Cam Fields at the dealership who was wonderful to work with and in just a little over two hours I had my test drive completed all the paperwork and was out the door. Everyone we worked with was great. When it is time for another new car Priority will be my first stop. More

Complex situation handled! We visited Priority Honda having just moved to North Carolina from New York. We came with the complex situation involving a lease started in New York We visited Priority Honda having just moved to North Carolina from New York. We came with the complex situation involving a lease started in New York, a daughter in Ohio, and our residence in North Carolina now. Mr. Darius White and the rest of the Priority team welcomed us immediately, and assured us they could take care of this situation. "Hard to get Vehicle " When the new Ridgelines hit the lots i was all about finding one for myself. I made a deal with Priority online only to discover that someone else b When the new Ridgelines hit the lots i was all about finding one for myself. I made a deal with Priority online only to discover that someone else beat me too it by minutes. Priority's response was we will honor the deal on another truck. Unfortunately due to high demand on this particular trim level they are nearly impossible to get. After a couple of weeks of trying i decided to try and find one thru other dealerships . If i was lucky enough to find one most wouldn't budge on the MSRP. Most were asking more than MSRP due to demand. After two months of trying i was about to give up and happened to check Priority's website and there it was. i immediately called my salesman and the vehicle was being built and open for deposit. Not only did they honor my previous deal but gave me the same trade allowance on my vehicle with more miles than before. Priority could have very easily sold this truck for the MSRP due to market conditions and availability. They chose to honor a deal that was made when the Trucks were available. My Ridgeline arrived on the date they told me and the sales process was a breeze. There was a small issue with the vehicle that they handled immediately and professionally. Every one i dealt with there was friendly and professional and i look forward to a good long relationship with them. i would like to thank John Jenkins ( Sales Manager) Benjamin Smalls ( Salesman ) Victoria Moore (Sales Manager) for a pleasant car buying experience.
