He was very polite and helped me decide that it was the civic that I definitely wanted to purchase. Darius White and his manager Mark really worked hard to meet my price point. Richard took me on my test drive and did such a wonderful job showing me all the features of my soon to be car! Both Mike and Richard worked with me to get me the best deal possible. The care and kindness that they portrayed was phenomenal and I would 100% suggest you go to this dealership for the purchase of your new car. They truly do put you and your needs first! More

I will pay for my oil changes and and state inspection just so I do not have to deal with this dealership again. It is not just one thing, it is multiple things that are just not okay. This last string for me: I had my car serviced Thursday, as I was driving off the lot I heard a new noise that sounded like I was driving through a tunnel. By Sunday it was not any better so I called and made an appointment. I was checking in at the dealership and I was telling the person checking me in the problem I heard. He stops checking me in, goes to my car, examines my tires and asks me to look at the tire with him. He tells me it is uneven wear on the tires but overall the tires still have a lot of tread on them. I am a novice in the field of cars but I really wanted the balance of the tires checked or an act that you at least hear my concerns as you are going to dismiss me. He told my husband that he was not listening to him as my husband continues to ask the tires be examined. HE would not examine the tire further! I leave the dealership and go to a tire store and I tell them the problem I was having with the noise. He reiterates the same prediction the guy at Honda had but like I asked, puts the car on a lift and examines the tires. Yes, the tires were uneven and nothing could be done about that BUT the balance was off (3% which is quite a bit I guess) and they fixed it. It is not okay to be rude and dismissive to a customer. More
