Thank you for your feedback. We apologize if there was some confusion with regard to which location the vehicle you desired was located. We clearly mark each vehicle with the location and phone number of that location and even provide a map to that location. The advent of the internet has allowed consumers a larger range of vehicles to choose from and they are no longer restricted to just those vehicles in their backyard. We routinely transport sold vehicles to other locations for consumers and have consumers travel to the vehicle's location to get exactly what they want, especially to get Priorities for Life. These customers had positive responses to this expanded availability. We regret that your experience wasn’t one of those. If we can be of any assistance in obtaining this or a like vehicle we will do all we can to make you a satisfied customer.

Having just joined DealerRater this is our first opportunity to respond to your review. Needless to say we regret your experience was not a pleasant one. It sounds like a communication breakdown and we could certainly have done a better job in explaining the process from purchase, to the location of and transportation of your vehicle. Your deposit was refunded and the vehicle we purchased for you from another dealer found a good home with another customer.
