We just purchased a 2026 Passport Trailsport Elite Blackout. When we walked in everyone was dressed so nicely and professionally. We were greeted by the front desk lady and then our salesperson, Brand Blackout. When we walked in everyone was dressed so nicely and professionally. We were greeted by the front desk lady and then our salesperson, Brandon walked over. He was very welcoming. We were originally looking at a CRV but after being in a bad wreck that totaled my car I quickly realized it wasn’t going to be big enough. My husband asked if we could see a Passport. When we walked out to look at it it was the Trailsport Elite Blackout and when I saw the black wheels with the “brown/black” interior I knew I was in love. This feeling increased when I drove it! It was up high and very spacious. I loved all the features. During the process we spoke with I believe both managers and they were very accommodating and helped make this purchase possible for me on a teachers salary! We didn’t purchase it that Saturday bc I just needed a little time to process. Brandon followed up Monday morning and we went back that afternoon and finalized everything. In addition to the vehicle, we added a few extra necessities that made me love my car even more. During our time in finance he explained everything to us and was also very professional. Our entire experience couldn’t have gone any better, including getting the service department to install the few extra add ons. The service department was very helpful, nice, and prompt! I definitely recommend Brandon and the entire Indian Trail Honda family! More
