I had went to that dealership three different times in the past to lease a new car, and ended up not purchasing a vehicle. I did not buy a car because Metro was not willing to work the deal the way I want the past to lease a new car, and ended up not purchasing a vehicle. It is my understanding is that Metro is under new management and based on my latest experiences, where I purchased and leased two vehicles, I would have to say that is true. They listened to what I wanted and made the deal happen. They were not pushy like normal car salesman. I would definitely by a car from them in the future, especially if my salesman Marcus Nicholson continues to works there. More

On my first time buying a new car I dont think I could have had a better experiance if I tried. I went in to Metro Honda a year and a half before I actually made my purchase and Frank Clark was the sales person I dealt with that day. A year and a half later, I was ready to make a purchase. The only place I went was straight to Metro Honda and hoped that Frank was still there. It was my lucky day. He was in fact still working there and was there that day. He made the car buying experience very positive and I didn't feel that high pressure people usually get when they are buying a new car. In a couple years when it is time to make the first vehicle purchase for my daughter, my first trip will again be to Metro Honda and hopefully Frank will be able to help me again. More

Roberto was very professional and courtious. My first call to Metro Honda was followed up by a return call by Roberto. I test drove the vehicle and purchased it the same day. Overall, I had a very good car purchasing experience with Metro Honda. My salesman, Frank Clark, is a very direct, serious and knowledgable salesperson. I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived and after test driving the vehicle, Frank, Metro Honda Management, and I had a deal within 10 minutes of discussion. No gimmicks, no games, just honesty. There were a couple of things I did not particularly care for concerning my contact with Metro Honda but none had to do with Frank and part of it was probably unforseen by Metro Honda, therefore, possibly outside of their control. Patti (Jones) was also very kind and considerate regarding a modification/addition I needed made to the vehicle. The young ladies accepting payment for services rendered were also very nice. Since moving to Union County in July of 2008, we have had the opportunity to deal with Metro Honda on several occasions—not only for service work on our 2001 Honda Odyssey but also for purchasing a used 2007 the opportunity to deal with Metro Honda on several occasions—not only for service work on our 2001 Honda Odyssey but also for purchasing a used 2007 Honda Odyssey and then 2 months later a 2006 Honda Civic. Metro Honda’s sales & service teams have never once failed to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fair. Our latest experience just this past September was with salesman Larry Carrillo. When I first met Larry, we talked for over an hour about vehicles and what might be good for our teenagers to drive. He was very knowledgeable as well as dang funny & engaging. Then my husband had to suddenly leave the state for an extended period of time, and I was left alone to make the car purchase, something I had never done before. Larry was incredible….not just in helping me find something safe & reliable for my kids to drive within my price range but also in checking in with me occasionally to see how I was doing being a single parent with four kids. He proved to be a very compassionate guy who could see beyond just selling me a car. I am a very satisfied customer, thanks to the entire Metro Honda team….but mostly because of Larry Carrillo.
