Last Saturday, my daughter bought a new Honda Civic. What a great car it was! Our salesman was Nelson Baucom. He did a GREAT job!! He was so patient, when my daughter took well over an hour to decide on the color and interior. Nelson gave us all the information we needed. My husband and I, as well as my daughter couldn't have asked for any better help. I would like to commend him on a job well done. In our search for a reliable, fuel-efficient used vehicle for a college student, we had already test-driven several makes and models of cars. Although we love Hondas (already owning an Accord and an Odyssey), we assumed that another Honda would be out of our price range. Not so at Metro. When trying to decide between the Odyssey EX-L and the Touring, he was extremely patient and did not try to "up sell" the more expensive vehicle. He answered all of my questions regarding the difference between the two vans. Ultimately, I chose the Touring because I was well informed.
