The staff is great to work with but on this visit the oil life and tire sensors must not have been reset. Came in to have trunk looked at because it was leaking. Whatever they did so far seems fine. Asked service to check rear window defrost that didn't seem to be working and was told it was working fine. Wit Whatever they did so far seems fine. With ice and snow over the weekend the rear window defrost did absolutely nothing, it wouldn't even keep the window from fogging up. Kent Hager is the only reason I have my service work done at Honda and the only reason I refer people I truly care for to him. His salary should probably be doubled, and the doubled again!
