Best car buying experience ever. - daddyfive

Best car buying experience ever. Our salesman Mike Knollhoff gave us the best hassle-free experience ever. We came out 3 times to look at the same car and at no point did he try and pressure us with the usual car buying tactics. He sent us a full video of the car and was very helpful thru the entire process. If you are looking to buy a new Honda, give Leo Payne a try and ask for Mike.

We recently purchased a used vehicle in July 2026. - Brittneyrose30

We recently purchased a used vehicle in July 2026. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish, with the entire Sales Team. They were super friendly, patient with our multitude of questions, flexible with our requests, and it took next to no time to close the deal in a fair way, especially for us. They even kept it a few additional days to make sure the vehicle was cleaned and ready for us. Once we left the lot, we had a problem with our air, almost immediately. They worked hard to fix the problem and even updated a few things that weren’t expected (re-upholstered the console, new battery). Two months later, the air, that we thought was fixed, stopped again and the Sales Manager and Rep offered to make the situation right for us, without hesitation. I’m not exactly sure what happened and why it stopped working again, but every time we’ve run into an issue (their fault or not), they have been more than willing to accommodate us and make sure we were completely satisfied. They even traded out the loaner vehicle we were in because my 6’3 husband couldn’t fit in it comfortably. Top notch customer service and satisfaction! We would recommend them to anyone, and will only use them in the (hopefully not soon) future.
