John S. had all the arrangements made with Bryce. We brought my car into the service center because on the day we purchased the car and were on our way back to Fulton, we noticed that the car "shook" We brought my car into the service center because on the day we purchased the car and were on our way back to Fulton, we noticed that the car "shook" while on the highway going 70 mph. The service department changed out the new back tires and placed them on the front. They also re-aligned the tires and took it for a test drive before turning in back over to me. Another thing that my Dad noticed on Tuesday evening was that the back windshield wiper was torn. We thought it was no big deal and were going to replace it ourselves. However, the service center did it for us! More

Regular maintenance service and tire rotation and balance. My service was easy to schedule and Bryce accommodated my schedule. After being there for over an hour for an oil change I inquired about the advertisement and was informed that it didn’t apply because you have to request it. I think this advertisement is very misleading and does not represent your business well. Also, I’m not sure if it’s the service manager or not, however, he appeared very pushy and in my opinion is not someone I care to deal with in the future. Based upon not only this last visit but of previous visits Honda will not be my first choice for future maintenance and I can’t in good faith recommend it to others. I wish I knew the name of the lady who answered the service phone because she was incredibly polite and helpful. Also, I have no idea who we worked with on this visit.
