Oil change service I came in on a Saturday afternoon to get an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment online for 1 o’clock, it was a very easy process to do I came in on a Saturday afternoon to get an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment online for 1 o’clock, it was a very easy process to do this. I showed up 15 minutes early and they got my car in there. It didn’t seem like it was too busy at the time and I had made an appointment to be there. My oil change and tire rotation was finished around 2:30pm. I was not thrilled with it taking so long but the service was good. More

New to dealership We bought a used Pilot here last fall. We happened to be there the day they got it, and we drove it before it had been cleaned up or serviced. The service department did a lot to it before we picked it up. We brought it in for an oil change and were treated like we had been buying new cars from there every year. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. It would have been the most I had ever spent on an oil change, but then they told us our first oil change was free. It was such a great experience that we will pay a little more to have it serviced here. More
