Excellent Service Advisors, some issues with facility My service advisor (Tyler) was excellent. Unfortunately, the attention paid by management to snow and ice removal was lacking. There was only one sm My service advisor (Tyler) was excellent. Unfortunately, the attention paid by management to snow and ice removal was lacking. There was only one small path cleared from the parking area to the main entrance and it had several large icy patches that were hazardous. The walkway from the parking area to the service entrance was also ice-covered and hazardous. Previously, I was able to get a detailed printed service history on my car (Honda Accord 2002). Service for this car for the past 14 years has only been done at this dealer. Not able to get printed service history on this visit. More

Good service, disappointing after. Service with rep was great, commo excellent. Disappointing that someone would call me 2 hrs after paying and try and sell me a new vehicle. Fixed a recall for me Place is immaculate. Waiting area is very comfortable. Time was a little longer than they had originally said, but they had lots of people they were Place is immaculate.
