need help they are there had to have my honda towed in because it would not start. Went extra mile I took my CR-V in for a sudden issue and a week later got it back but in the meantime was given a very nice loaner vehicle and the 2 service advisors I took my CR-V in for a sudden issue and a week later got it back but in the meantime was given a very nice loaner vehicle and the 2 service advisors I dealt with - first Mike and then Tyler - were very responsive and helpful. I appreciate them listening as well as following up on their word to me. That means a lot. I’m now hopeful that American Honda will make good on standing behind their product. More
