I was lied to I was misled from the very start telling me there was a warranty on a seat belt I started off with pricing a seat belt then turned into they have a li I was misled from the very start telling me there was a warranty on a seat belt I started off with pricing a seat belt then turned into they have a lifetime warranty bring it in and then brought it in and turns out I get a $2400 quote to fix my seat belt and SRS system when I told Mike I didn’t care if that worked all I needed was a seat belt so I waisted a trip up and back and then wouldn’t even warranty my seat belt cause it had been involved in a crash and then proceeds to tell me he needs $108 for checking the SRS out and I told him I didn’t care if that worked just a ploy to get me in there and try to get money out of me and I still have a car with no seat belt and pissed off More

Time was not on my side I thought the oil change was guarenteed for 29 minutes of less. They didn’t come ask me if I wanted a new air filter around 45 minutes later. I did ha I thought the oil change was guarenteed for 29 minutes of less. They didn’t come ask me if I wanted a new air filter around 45 minutes later. I did have my tires rotated also. When I asked about it, the service tech told me I have to ask for the 29 minute oil change. It was also advertised as a free car wash. I was not asked if that was something I wanted but the couple a head of me was. I ended up spending a little over an hour waiting for what I thought was going to be a quick in an out in 29 minutes. Longer than expected but work good I was told it would take just over an hour for my service to be completed, and it took almost 2.5 hours. I should never opt for the wash because that takes For. Ev. Er. Michael is a top notch service manager and personally went to help wash my car because it was taking so long. Personally, I think he should be the service manager of the year; that trophy sure would look nice on his desk. After all, he deals with me when I have service. More
