Quick and quality This is my second visit to their service department for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I also thought I had a recall (come to find out it was for my old vehicle). Mike did a courtesy check for any recalls on my vehicle anyway. I had none. He was very informative and pleasant to talk to. Tyler was also helpful when I first arrived and left. Great service team there. And it took the same amount of time as it did my last visit. As a holiday bonus, they had Christmas music playing. More

A new problem surfaced and it took a little longer but it was covered under warranty and taken care of. There was an odd wear on a tire that should have led to an alignment check but it was not performed. Overall I was satisfied. More

Courteous and thorough What started out as simply a free replacement of the passenger side airbag due to a recall, began with a thorough inspection of the vehicle, which tur What started out as simply a free replacement of the passenger side airbag due to a recall, began with a thorough inspection of the vehicle, which turned up a couple of dirty filters, as well as a 'tired' battery. The service tech, Kent Hager, showed me vehicle fluid samples (brake, transmission, etc) and explained that they were okay for now. I was shown the dirty filters and the result of the battery tests, with the recommendation that they be replaced. A complimentary car wash and detailing was also part of the service, as well as a detailed, printed summary of the work performed on the vehicle. While in the customer lounge waiting for the work to be done on my vehicle, I observed the service techs sitting down with other customers, explaining what was being done to their vehicles, recommending other repairs or adjustments, and giving the customers an estimate of how long it was going to take. Well done, guys. More

I asked approximately how long it sh We arrived early for a 15,000 mile maintenance service (oil change, tires rotated and balanced, alignment check). I asked approximately how long it should be and was told someone would come speak with us in a few minutes. An hour later I go to check on the status and someone is just getting in to my car to start the service. An hour later I go to check the status and they finally talk to us for the first time and we discuss my car. We ask about the tire rotation part of the maintenance package and they had no idea what I was talking about so I had to pull up my scheduled appointment to show what was to be done that day. They said to go back the waiting area as it should only take a few more minutes. Yet, another hour later my car still hasn’t moved. Finally the alignment is checked but not until we waited another hour (total of 4) for a simple maintenance service on a 2 wheel drive CRV. The only reason we finally got out of there was because a gentleman from the sales side had noticed us there all afternoon and ask us about what kind of service we were having done. When we told him even he seemed surprised that we were still there and we saw him immediately go talk to the manager. We were not happy with the lack of communication or the time it took for simple scheduled maintenance. We intend to drive the extra distance to Columbia for any service in the future. More
Always great communication I have always had good communication from the service department. Whenever I go there they tell me if things are going bad on my crv and then let me I have always had good communication from the service department. They only problem I would say that I have had is that after the service I get bombarded with emails, phone calls and text of how my service went. I would t mind just an email to take a survey but all the rest is a little too much! More
