Courteous, Professional, and Prompt As usual, the capable and polite staff was ready when I pulled in for my appointment. The service work was performed in a more than reasonable amount As usual, the capable and polite staff was ready when I pulled in for my appointment. The service work was performed in a more than reasonable amount of time while I did a little reading and enjoyed a cup of coffee. The only negative of the experience was that I really wasn't ready to put my book down when they came to tell me the car was ready to go. More

Not good service Not only do they not take up for and value the customer they don't treat you as well and organized as other dealerships in service. I never once was asked if I needed a ride back to pick my vehicle up and when I called to tell them I did they were nonchalant on time and basically said it will be around that time that they will come but not sure how much later it could be. Finally just found myself a ride. Now the tech who drove me to work was very nice and courteous but he is not a driver so he didn't know to say anything about a return ride. More

New Tires on 4/22 Kent in the service department went over and above to find me the best deal on new tires. I was really frazzled lately on not only planning a wedding Kent in the service department went over and above to find me the best deal on new tires. I was really frazzled lately on not only planning a wedding soon, but my car making a funny noise. I took it in, and Kent was very honest and very knowledgeable about what the problem was before it was even inspected by the auto body guys. Putting four new tires on was the farthest thing from my mind right before a wedding, but Kent was very helpful and looked for the best deal possible for me all the way from start to finish. I had my car in on a Saturday, and new tires installed and ready to go by the time I got off work on Monday, so it was an easy process all along. More

Tyler Swetnam So we purchased our Honda Accord last July of 17 and have done all of our maintenance through the Honda service center of Jeff City auto Plex and ever So we purchased our Honda Accord last July of 17 and have done all of our maintenance through the Honda service center of Jeff City auto Plex and every time we go in for an oil change etc., Tyler is there to take care of us he's very polite and professional and very courteous and always tries to get us in and out asap.. Wich is nice because we usually just stay there while the maintenance is being taken care of , Tyler is VERY thorough with every aspect of our vehicle and always tells us what is best for better or worse ! Anyways I never take time out to brag on anyone unless I feel they're doing a REALLY good job or are very good at it! He is very good at both , also he is very polite and attentive when I can't be there with my fiance Rebecca and does his best to explain to her what needs to be done and what doesn't in layman's terms to her lol . either way we both very comfortable with him taking care of us above and beyond his job there at Honda and as long as he's there to take care of us and our Accord we'll always come back !!
