Good Service The Service Department did a very good job of taking care of my vehicle and discussing with me my concerns. They bent over backwards to ensure that when I left that I was satisfied. The staff is always very friendly and their expertise shows. The bad part was trying to set up this appointment. This new process sucks!!! I had to go through a call center and it took 12 minutes. I used to be able to call Service directly and that took 30 seconds so PLEASE get rid of the call center!!! Also just have a simple survey that says the service was good or not good and why. Needing a 25 word minimum and having to cross every T and dot every I is absurd!! Bottom Line the Service Department is great this other stuff is ridiculous and I am being nice!!! More

When I bought my Ridgeline with approximately 16000 miles on it I paid to have it Honda Certified, which means all of the fluids and filters should have been changed or serviced at that time. Since you people do all of my service work it is frustrating that you don't keep records of my vehicle. It would seem that your service personal or under pressure to find something wrong with my vehicle. I am concerned that customer service is not important after sitting with a lady customer that was told her car would be ready in 2 hours and was still sitting there after 4 hours when I left. the kicker is she had purchased her car only 4 days before. I am wondering if I shouldn't do my own service work or take it some where else. More
