Efficient, friendly and reasonable Air bag recall repair was accomplished in an efficient manner. Multipoint inspection revealed some additional needed maintenance items which they were Air bag recall repair was accomplished in an efficient manner. Multipoint inspection revealed some additional needed maintenance items which they were able to finish at the same time at reasonable cost. Service rep (Mike) was outstanding -- friendly, accommodating,explained things well. Shuttle service was also very helpful. Thank you! More

They understood my situation with dealing with two prior employees and moved as fast as they could to rectify it. I will be back because of that! More

I appreciated the time he took to investigate exactly what our Acura B1 and 6 requirements meant and what needed to happen to accomplish the required work. He was very helpful in all ways! I would prefer to deal directly with a service adviser when scheduling maintenance to the car as they understand more what the requirements are verses the assistant/scheduler that is now in between the service adviser and the customer. She did not seem the have the knowledge to know how to put the required information into the computer that was necessary for the service adviser to know exactly what I was asking to have completed. But I know sometimes change is hard and we have been loyal Honda customers for over 20 years at this dealership and have been pleased with the level of service all through the years. We are especially pleased to see Michael back. More

Always very welcoming I came in to get a new tire after having a flat. That's never a fun experience, but Keith was very knowledgeable and helpful about the whole process. I dropped off my car before work, was shuttled straight to work on the other side of town, and the shuttle was waiting to pick me up when I got off work at 5:00. I'll be keeping an eye out so I don't hit any more road hazards and get another flat, but if I do, I know where to go :) More

Friendly people, but slow on follow through I would have to say that follow up for anything that they don't have parts for on hand is off. Also since they have outsourced most of their contact numbers it takes a bit longer to get through to the onsite service department. More
Opposite of what I've usually seen I had an appointment scheduled for maintenance. Oil and filter, tire rotation, air filters. Started with one person and ended with another. First person said they would come show me the filters and I could decide if I wanted to change them. Half way through the service, another man who I hadn't talked to before came and showed me to my vehicle up on a lift. He stated my tires were bad and that all four needed changed today. I saw tread, no exposed wires, etc. I felt I had a few more months left. He was very pushy. Price quoting me $120 for the same exact type of tire with over 60k miles on it. This is a leased vehicle. When I get new tires, they aren't going to be top of the line since I will only have the car for another two more years. I asked him to continue with the tire rotation and I would look into tires at another time. Not what he wanted to hear. Then I noticed my car parked next to the service center for over 20 minutes. I peeked into the service department to see the man I was taking to texting on his phone. So I sat and waited for 20 minutes while my vehicle was already done before the man came to get me. When I asked him if they had replaced my air filters he told me that the service techs didn't even check, even though I specifically asked for it when I made the appointment and was even confirmed with the first man that I spoke to. Too bad he didn't stay with my case until I left or I'm sure that I would have had a better outcome. At that point I paid for my oil change and left; I had had enough. More
