Modic's Service experience(s) We live in Sedalia Missouri (over 50 miles away) and come to this dealership because of the excellent service provided by our Service Advisor (Kent H We live in Sedalia Missouri (over 50 miles away) and come to this dealership because of the excellent service provided by our Service Advisor (Kent Hager) He has assisted us with service with our 2013 CR-V as well as helping us with all our service requirements when we owned our Civic. We also own a home in the Kansas City area where many Honda dealers are located but will only deal with Kent for our vehicles. He is considerate of the customer and in our opinion a great asset for this dealership. We have experienced this dealership changing hands three times in just a few years but as long as Kent is still there we will continue to service our vehicle at this dealership. HE IS THE MAIN REASON WE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. Very pleased with him. More

I waited in the customer waiting area browsing the new 2016 Accord literature and was pleasantly surprised in an hour that the service was complete. On top of that, he informed me there would be no service charge!! A wonderful day and Jefferson City Honda is tops in my book of automobile sales and service centers. They will get all of my business even though I live in Southwest Arkansas!!! More
