fast and courteous I had to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I made an appointment and upon arriving, my vehicle was immediately taken in for service. I waited in the customer lounge (as I requested) until it was finished--which was just under an hour. They were very polite in every area. Someone even asked me while I was in the lounge if I wanted some coffee or bottled water. Nice place to get my vehicle serviced! Thank you for your courtesy and friendliness!!! More
Difficult diagnosis with 2008 Odyssey The problem with my Odyssey was extremely difficult to diagnose yet the service manager was persistent in pursing the matter and keeping me informed. The problem with my Odyssey was extremely difficult to diagnose yet the service manager was persistent in pursing the matter and keeping me informed. He went beyond the call of duty during this month long process getting Honda corporate involved and working toward a solution. In the end of what could have been a nightmare I feel like I was working with a person who understood my situation, was looking out for my needs and genuinely cared. I left feeling like I had been fairly treated. I have had many unsatisfactory experiences in my lifetime dealing with service departments at dealerships and I must say this experience has went a long way in restoring my confidence. More
