Big service, no clean car. Still an issue. This is the first service Center I have been to that does not wash and vacuum the car when you have it serviced. The check engine light is still on, and it's a 2 hour round trip for me, which equals a half tank of gas to take it back. The loaner car I was given was too small. When you have a Oddysey for a family of 6, a Civic is not acceptable. More

Not bad but scheduling was a pain Visited on 8/29/15. Quality of service was good, and the wait time was around 40 minutes start-to-finish. Only complaint on this visit was that the internet scheduling was a real pain. I had originally scheduled service for the previous Saturday but had to reschedule. There was no way to reschedule by phone because the person listed as my service advisor was the only one who could see my appointment, and he had been gone six months! I will also say that, in the past, this dealership has been very aggressive at trying to get me to exchange my vehicle during service visits. I was happy not to encounter that this time. More

Above and beyond! I wish that I had the kind of above and beyond dealership locally that I experienced with Keith Hanson and Jefferson City Honda. Nothing is more stres I wish that I had the kind of above and beyond dealership locally that I experienced with Keith Hanson and Jefferson City Honda. Nothing is more stressful than having multiple car issues while on vacation 1000 miles from home, and nothing is more impressive than how I was treated late in the afternoon on a very busy day when your service center was short 2 mechanics. The service advisor checking me in was businesslike efficiency, prioritizing customers standing in front of him with multiple ringing lines (Kent Hager, I think? nice young guy with the patience of a saint). While waiting longer than anticipated due to being short-handed, Josh Ecton was helpful in putting customers at ease with the kind of friendliness that builds customer loyalty. And while other service directors might be anxious to close the doors at 5 pm, leaving problems with the unlucky customer and the guys in the garage, Keith Hanson spent a great deal of very valuable time after the end of the day, working between his team and his customer, with confidence and thoroughness, to correctly identify and address issues that had gone unnoticed by my local dealer and other mechanics. Our family reunion was saved, and I have only warm memories of Missouri, and Keith and Jefferson City were as much a highlight as Branson. Our family has not joined the rest of the family in Missouri before, but we hope to return again next year. It would be a pleasure to have service needed and to have it completed at Jefferson City while in the area. Thank you! More
