Excellent work and reception I had an appointment for general service, oil/filter and a review of the CR-V. I asked for the filters to be changed early, and to leave the spent ca I had an appointment for general service, oil/filter and a review of the CR-V. I asked for the filters to be changed early, and to leave the spent cartridges in my car. The service personnel followed the order exactly and my car was perfectly clean on delivery- no smudges or door-panel kicks! The time allotted was perfect. the experience was good. I need to know about the airbags I believe the Honda service department is sincere and friendly. I would have expected somone to discuss the recall and safety of the airbags.
