Just bought the thing??? Bryce in service is so professional, kind and bonus, adorabl I had the 100,000 mile service and since I am from lake, I asked for loaner. I knocked out some serious Christmas shopping, and called my debit card I had the 100,000 mile service and since I am from lake, I asked for loaner. I knocked out some serious Christmas shopping, and called my debit card to up balance knowing this was going to be expensive, fo allow for shopping...so when i got back of course card would not go through..My phone had 2% battery, so other service man loaned me his charger...3rd slide credit was approved, Bryce has the patience of a saint..Great face for the service dept.
