Good "on the road" experience Returning home to VA in our month old CRV when the check emission light comes on. I believe this was due to a lack of knowledge on this recall subject (paint repairs) by both our dealer and Honda corporate. Kent and Scott were very helpful once the repair plan was reached. They also bent over backward to ensure our family was taken care of while our vehicle was repaired, with a loaner for my wife to drive. Honda corporate did not offer this, our dealer recognized this as a fail on their part and made it right. Their communication was good, both phone and email. I will work with Kent and Scott again in the future if given the opportunity. Thank you Jefferson City Honda! More
