Excellent Kent & staff were perfect they shuttled me to mall to do some shopping while Pilot was getting serviced. When I arrived back at dealership Kent immed Kent & staff were perfect they shuttled me to mall to do some shopping while Pilot was getting serviced. When I arrived back at dealership Kent immediately informed me of issue with battery & he was checking on the warranty for it. Let me know it was getting washed & should be ready in 20 minutes & it was. Great experience More

Less than professional This the second time for service of my new pilot from this dealership. There are signs in the service department that state "free car wash with any s This the second time for service of my new pilot from this dealership. There are signs in the service department that state "free car wash with any service" and "29 minute or it's free oil change". First time oil change I was there 1&1/2 hrs. When I finally received my pilot it had not been washed, I asked about it and was told I didn't ask for it, first oil change was complementary for purchase of new vechile. They washed it and 15 minutes later I got it back wet with grime and bugs still on it. Second service arrived on time of appointment 30 minutes later they told me they needed to do a software update and it would be 15 more minutes. Recieved car 1 hr. 30 minutes from time of appointment, asked about 29 minutes or it's free oil change and was told I didn't ask for that oil change. This is very disappointing... only other Honda services are 40 minutes away. Totally regret buying a new Honda all because of the service dept. Service writers are the least professionals in a service dept I've seen. More
