Misleading information about my van. I was told that several things were wrong with my van and come to find out at least two of those items turned out not to be wrong with it. I was also told that there was no oil on the dipstick,which was a lie because I checked it when I got back home and there was oil on the dipstick at the correct level. More

Kent informed us of the need to rebalance our tires while they were being rotated so that we would get longer tire life. More

They went above and beyond to save our vacation! While driving through Jeffeefrson City, my Acura kept losing power and finally died. We had it towed to the Honda dealer and they were so nice to a f While driving through Jeffeefrson City, my Acura kept losing power and finally died. We had it towed to the Honda dealer and they were so nice to a family with two kids and a dog and got us into a loaner vehicle so we could continue on our vacation. They repaired the car while we were gone and had it ready for us when we got back. More
