Apprehensive feeling that I was not going to be pleased And I was not pleased. Wheels with tire mounting glue all over, uncertain of tire pressure asked for a pressure gauge but was not found. The air hose gauge was used and gave pressures from 36 to 40 pounds. Requested bringing the pressures down to specifications 33 front and 32 rear. Left the car in the garage to ensure and being certain to prevent temperature variables. Next morning pressure monitor alarm on control panel, checked pressures to find readings down to 26 pounds. Ambient Temperature negligible, both days temperatures were in the high 70s. Air line gauges are for reference not for precision. No alignment printout produced during the service. I requested a copy. The next day I called to find out if I could pick up the work sheet. My service advisor was not available but I was promised I was going to be called, nobody did. Next day, I stopped by the shop, a copy of a worksheet without names, specifics about my car were not included on the sheet. The paper form was poorly cut on top rendering it generic and improvised. A quality plan is missing all over. More

And we were about to close the deal... the management came over and said they made a mistake then jacked up the price ($1500) on the vehicle I drove 2 hours south to buy..They told me that buying and selling cars is a "shell game" then proceeded to tell me my nice Subaru was only worthy of going to auction. Honda of Lake City did me a favor by not honoring their written quote, and wasting my time and money... I have since realized the true value of my AWD vehicle and I'm sticking with my Subaru... More

This was a stand up man. No crazy haggling, actually requested the number that I wanted. Showed up the the shop after driving from St Augustine. Staff was amazing. “G” was out closer. They worked like a well oiled machine. “G” went way above and beyond to make the experience perfect. We were in and out the store with the perfect vehicle in under 1 and a half hours.
