Sales team was friendly, the service after the sale however. I bought this car on 7/31 and this is my 4th trip here in 3 weeks its been a total of almost 8 hours total and nothing has been done but wro however. I bought this car on 7/31 and this is my 4th trip here in 3 weeks its been a total of almost 8 hours total and nothing has been done but wrong parts ordered. I have had part of my mirror fall off, the washer fluid won't pump and the car only has 26k miles. I have bought 16 cars over the past 25 years, this has been the most time ive spent sitting and waiting in a service department for warranty items is less then 3 weeks More

I have rated the dealership a 4 and not a 5 because of the lack of communication after this sale was completed. There were some things that I needed to complete on my end that I was not aware of, as this the lack of communication after this sale was completed. There were some things that I needed to complete on my end that I was not aware of, as this was my first time buying a car online. This ultimately delayed the delivery of the car. The communication could have been better around setting the expectations for what the process was would be from sales to delivery. Ultimately, I got the car and I love it. Despite this issue I had, I’d purchase again from Honda of Lake City. More
