Robbie was the most professional service advisor I have ever met. His professional, poised demeanor was striking. So pleasant to talk with. He was very knowledgeable of my 2018 Honda and put me at ease that it would be serviced. He talked with me and led me to the reception area. He let me know that my car was ready and it was raining he let me know he had it underneath so I would not get wet getting into my car. He had it vacuumed for me as well So pleasant to do business with a man so caring about his customers

"Service was great"

Service was great, quick, and thorough. Took car in the last time because over Christmas (I was out of town) it wouldn't start. Called Triple A and they got car started. Took it straight to Honda the day I returned home for them to check it out. Battery was fine and when hooked to diagnostic machine, it was fine. Car is due for a major checkup soon, so it will receive even a more thorough check at that time.

"Service beyond the Expected"

The service I have received at Honda of Lake City has been for the last 2 years top quality. This last week however I had taking advantage of the shuttle service to be taken home and waited on a call from the service department that my vehicle had been serviced and was ready. I was fairly busy that afternoon and did not notice the time until 5 p.m. I called to check on my vehicle and found out there had been a lack of communication which resulted in not calling me when it was completed. I arranged to pick up the vehicle by 6 p.m. and as I went to pay for the service I was pleasantly surprised that I did not owe anything. The service manager inform me that because it was their mistake I did not owe them anything. That certainly was a pleasant surprise and is definitely service Beyond what is expected. I certainly will continue to have my vehicles serviced at Honda of Lake City

Made appointment for oil change, first time there, entire staff was courteous and professional. I had to go back 2 days later as I got a bolt in my tire. Spoke to Dwight and he took care of the issue with my tire within 15 minutes. Thank you Lake City Honda!
