Jacob was a super salesman. Last car I purchased was back in 2001. He answered all my questions. A significant scratch in the driverside rear door was found during the test drive. Dealer claimed they would not fix, unless I bought the car.. It's Going on 4 weeks and my "new to me car" is still at the dealer. Not a single phone call to update the status. Should I pay a months interest on a loan for a car I do not have? Wonder if this review will generate a phone call? More

The sales people and finance were cool even though I had to haggle my way to a fair rate but I got my truck and the spark plugs are bad so I was told to bring it in for an appointment then after driving hal to haggle my way to a fair rate but I got my truck and the spark plugs are bad so I was told to bring it in for an appointment then after driving halfway there out of my way I’m told that they can’t look at the vehicle. I was also told that the “fuel” was the issue over the phone which I know is xx. Maybe my rating will change if my vehicle is properly taken care of in the future. More
