Honda of Lake City - Service Center

I have a 2017 Civic and I regularly use this dealership for my service. They are always very nice and helpful. However, they seem to have gotten a lot slower over the past couple of years. Dropped the car at 11AM for service, ran errands, and went to lunch. Got back around 1PM and still waited until 2:30PM for the car. I brought a check because I knew that they are now charging a 3% service fee. I had to wait for them to take my check over to the finance department for approval. They do a good job for me and are always very nice. However, I do think they could use some improvement. More

Unfortunately our air conditioning died while we were traveling and we were taken advantage of. Not only did they charge us the absolute highest price online at $1,700 to fix the compressor ( the averag traveling and we were taken advantage of. Not only did they charge us the absolute highest price online at $1,700 to fix the compressor ( the average is $1300-1600) When the car was fixed, they said sorry we have to add in additional fees and charges of $180. We were never make aware of that before. And we ended up paying over $1800. Very sad to be taken advantage of Hope they don’t do that to everyone More
