I had to take my CRV in for a factory recall on the air bag. They gouged my dash and said they would fix it. I took the car there twice and they did a whack repair job that made it worse. I submitted an es bag. They gouged my dash and said they would fix it. I took the car there twice and they did a whack repair job that made it worse. I submitted an estimate after they couldn’t get it done correctly after leaving it there multiple times and they called to tell me that based on my cars age and mileage that they wouldn’t be participating in its proper repair. the dash is old but it was pristine due to proper care over 17 years. That was until you all damaged it. I would not recommend this dealership. They do not stand up to their word or behind their workmanship. More

Always looking out for you! I came in to have an oil change on my vehicle on May 9th, 2020. I walked right in without any hesitation from any employees. I only sat in the lobby for about 5 minutes before I met Dewayne. He came to me to discuss some services that has not been performed on my vehicle and to inform me what all could be done that day. Dewayne even spoke to hubby on the phone to "get approval." No one has ever offered to talk to a second party at a dealership to make sure everything was clarified before proceeding. We agreed on additional services, and Dewayne was absolutely great. A people person for sure, and genuinely wanted me to walk out a satisfied customer. Also wanted to mention the sales rep, G, for providing excellent customer service when first purchasing my vehicle back in 2017. To this day, I still remember how he worked with us on price and payment to make sure we were satisfied. Happy to see he was still there when I came in for service. I seldom do reviews but really feel compelled to do this one. We have purchased several new vehicles from Honda of Lake City. It has always been a pleasant experience and they've always given us the best deal. Several days ago I went into them with a problem on my wife's car. It was a small problem that was really an inconvenience for my wife. It was covered by the warranty but they've been trying for three days for Honda to approve a replacement for the part. Today Honda finally denied the replacement stating there working on a software fix and it would be several weeks before an updated piece would be available. Many thanks to Denise at the dealership for being creative and giving us a temporary fix to solve the problem. It's nice to deal with a dealership willing to step up to the plate to take care of it's customers. Many thanks to Lake City Honda and Denise. More
