Javier is a knowledgeable professional and was able to answer almost all questions, if he didnt know he went and got an answer. The buying process was smooth (for buying a car) and management appeared to answer almost all questions, if he didnt know he went and got an answer. This is my second time coming to purchase a vehicle from Honda of Lisle. My first time was in 2018 to purchase a 2015 Honda Civic. That car sadly got totaled last month, but I automatically knew I wanted to Honda of Lisle. My first time was in 2018 to purchase a 2015 Honda Civic. That car sadly got totaled last month, but I automatically knew I wanted to purchase another Honda and I knew just who to call. We worked with Manny BOTH times (2018 & now, 2024) and he has been just amazing. He is very attentive and very patient (I’m very picky with cars) but he knew just what to show me! He put me in a 2021 Honda Civic this time around and I couldn’t be happier!! He makes the entire process easy breezy, I couldn’t recommend him enough :) Thank you Manny!!! More

We were in the market for a reliable, safe, AWD and venturing into the Hybrid market. We found the perfect vehicle for us at the perfect dealer. We happened upon Lizzy at a "let's check it out" visit venturing into the Hybrid market. We found the perfect vehicle for us at the perfect dealer. We happened upon Lizzy at a "let's check it out" visit and immediately connected. She was well versed, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. One of the things we liked best about her was that if there was a question she could not answer - she found the answer for us and did not try to act as though she knew it all. We bought a CRV and could not be happier. After Lizzy walked us through the sales portion of the process, the finance guy made the sale seamless even with a weird trade in situation. All in all, we could not have found a better vehicle, salesperson, or dealer. Thanks Lizzy - we will recommend you to everyone! More
